Make a payment
There are several different ways you can make payments, including online. Please select from the following:
Credit Card

Over the telephone: Credit card payments can also be made over the telephone by calling our accounts department on +61 2 9485 1200 from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday AEST.
Direct Debit
Recurring invoices such as support fees, hosting fees, payment gateway and myfidelio can be automatically paid using direct debit, either via credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) or from any Australian bank account. To make use of this facility, please complete the Direct Debit Request Form and fax the completed form to +61 2 9485 1386.
Bank Transfer
Bank transfers can be made into the bank account listed on your invoice or statement. If paying by bank transfer, please email your remittance advice to apausaccounts@micros.com or fax it to +61 2 9485 1386 and ensure that the advice contains the account code and invoice numbers being paid.
Cheque
For Australian customers: Please send your cheque to MICROS-Fidelio Australia Pty Ltd, P.O. BOX 130, Terrey Hills, NSW, 2084.
For New Zealand customers: Please send your cheque to MICROS-Fidelio New Zealand Ltd, P.O. BOX 12454, Penrose Auckland, New Zealand.
Please enclose with your cheque the remittance advice including the account code & invoice numbers being paid.
Pay online
Visa and Mastercard payments can be made online at any time.
